I saw it in Dec 2017 for the first time, it is unbelievable, I've watched it over and over. Does anybody know who the singers are? it does give me chills every time I watch it.

    VanillaPop 21 says:

I was so overcome today by all of the problems in the world: mass school shootings, the disgrace that Doctor Nassar and MSU brought on my beloved home state of Michigan, the travesties brought on by the Trump administration, and the ever-impending threat of nuclear war.

On top of that, personal troubles in my own life: family members who tragically died and others who tragically chose to leave our family, worries about the happiness of other family members and friends who are going through hard times, dealing with my own chronic physical pain, and continually feeling bad about being passed over for a job that I had rightfully earned, while trying to be strong and having to accept the job I now have in another state, completely on my own, far from home, after going to school for 20 years, earning 3 degrees, working a ton of shit jobs while I was in school to get experience, and feeling like I deserved better, and at the very least should be able to choose where I want to live instead of having to move wherever I can get a job.

All that, and I was desperately seeking a life raft—some sense of truth and peace about life, and hope that everything will be okay. This song, particularly the way it is presented in this video, helped to give me some balance again. I think that's really why people should search for some semblance of belief in something greater than themselves in their lives. Not out of fear of going to hell, or to have an excuse to push their political beliefs on others, but because sometimes life gets so hard, we all need something to hold onto.

    Brandon Greenleaf says:

I would have called the fuzz!

    marpa says:

I'd be thinking… Is this the rapture?

    Marc Moingeon says:

I love this…. I've sung this with my choir in 2017, but not in the same kind of place, obviously !
They had such a good idea to create this surprise effect !

    P Lantana says:

    What city was this in?

    The End says:

And he shall reign forever and ever. Amen. Sing this in London and watch the Muslims flee from Salvation.

    ZeldaGamerFreak says:

This is probably the best thing I've ever seen. This rendition of this beautiful song give me more chills than when I played it with a choir. It's amazing.

    Frank Tarrant says:

51 million views – well well.  But it's easily the best flash mob.
